WHAT’S IN A NAME?
Anahata or the heart chakra literally means “unstuck”. When you open your heart and place self love first, you become Strong, Talented, United and Knowledgeable, instead of stuck. STUK (adj.) to perform (a task) with determination, deeply focused, unmovable. We aim to “stick” girls to higher purpose instead of seeing them “stuck” in toxic jobs, environments or relationships.
STRONG
STUK supports the philosophy of placing “self love first”. Only when you love yourself first (from within) can you maintain lasting love and impactful success doing what you love. STUK believes art saves lives and self love heals. Through art-driven programming STUK helps to heal the global collective by investing in the creativity of girls.
TALENTED
Through art STUK DESIGNS aims to inspire self-sufficient girls of color to live without fear & with inner-love.
UNITED
STUK DESIGNS is a 501C3 Nonprofit. STUK sales go towards our two self love art education programs. Self love propels the girls we teach, into women of purpose, who do what they love for a living!
KNOWLEDGEABLE
We are a powerful collective of advocating career women who teach art & self love to girls of color who live in underserved communities on a global level. STUK educates through a blog, shop, 2 programs, events, and an Art Academy.

Self love is the beginning of a lifelong romance. It is choosing yourself first, owning who you are completely, and unconditionally. It is living every day as the highest version of yourself, which creates lasting peace.

WHAT MAKES US UNIQUE?
We are the pioneers of ‘Self Love Art’ education. Evidence-based research correlates confidence with artistic expression, but has yet to explore the connection between artistic expression and Self Love. We believe this area of study is needed. Self-confidence is temporary when Self Love is not a priority. Self Love is the infinite journey of choosing yourself first and owning who you are completely and unconditionally.
