Diamond State Academy is a school in a rural and low income area of Kumasi, Ghana. Diamond State is a private preparatory school, committed to developing the whole child, so that he/she develops mentally, physically, emotional and socially. Diamond State Academy strives to build a co-operative link between home, school and community. The teachers at Diamond State believe in self-love education. The school is lacking various and vital resources. We aim to support them in a many ways from teaching art classes, to providing them funding for supplies & art programming! Diamond State Academy is black owned and family owned.

I Am Unique! is a children's book series and media brand whose mission is to inspire kids (and adults) to rise above their insecurities and share their unique gifts with the world. This is a black and female owned business. The founder of this amazing brand is STUK Board Member and donor, Jennifer Vassel. She believes in the power of self-love and living life with purpose and intention. A percentage of I Am Unique book proceeds go toward STUK DESIGNS’ program initiatives. Through this partnership, our goal is to bring their books and supplemental materials to the girls at Diamond State Academy. We love this book!

Oakstop is a gallery and coworking space. It provides workspace options for artists, startups, non-profits, and freelancers looking for convenient and affordable workspace in Oakland. Oakstop offers a variety of space options for events, meetings, classes, photo/video production, and conferences in centrally located places for convenient access: Oakstop is black owned and proudly supports local artists by displaying local art everywhere across all of its walls at each location. STUK DESIGNS hosts our bi-annual board meetings at Oakstop, as well as art shows, art classes, and socials. We love our Oakstop partners!

CREATING A WORLD WHERE WOMEN ARTISTS ARE EQUAL.Women in art have faced gender biases for centuries and women have never been treated equally in the art world. Today female artists remain dramatically underrepresented and undervalued in museums, galleries, and auction houses and the battle continues.
Mission and Goal: To raise awareness about the inequalities that women artists face. Our goal is to spark conversations about the inequalities and to ultimately inspire change and action to help women artists rise to their rightful equal positions in the art world.
