Self Love Over Jealousy by Brette Sims

Jealousy is a map. Each of our jealously maps differs. Each of us will probably be surprised by some of the things we discover on our own.

With action jealousy can vanish. Action holds the key to our freedom.

Jealousy is really fear of doing something you wanted to do, but was not yet brave enough to take action toward.

Jealousy is always a mask for fear: fear that we aren’t able to get what we want, and frustrations that somebody else seems to be getting why is rightfully ours, even if we are too frightened to reach for it.

The root of all jealousy is stingy emotion.

Jealously tells us there is limited room for greatness. Truth is, the universe is abundant. There is room for us all to be great.

Jealousy produces tunnel vision. It strips us of our ability to see other options.

Shake it off. Reach for the stars. Reach for Self Love First.
