Why will I love it? First of all it has 3 kick ass feminists: Evan Rachel Wood , Thandie Newton, and Tessa Thompson - what more could you ask for!? The story takes place in Westworld, a fictional, technologically advanced Wild West themed amusement park populated by android "hosts". The park caters to high-paying "guests" who may indulge their wildest fantasies within the park without fear of retaliation from the hosts, who are prevented by their programming from harming humans. Badass women really carry the cast and the plot! Get your binge on!


2. Gilmore Girls

Why will I love it? This is an oldie but a binge watch goodie! Who doesn't like sarcastic smart humor and independent women! The show's main focus is on the relationship between single mother Lorelai Gilmore and her daughter Rory, who live in Stars Hollow, Connecticut, a small fictional town filled with colorful characters. The series explores issues of family, romance, education, friendship, feminism, disappointment, and ambition, along with generational divides and social class! 


3. The Handmaid's Tale

Why will I love it? First all you will love this if you are a Gilmore Girls fan because Rory is in it! She hopped on over to another feminist show! The Handmaid's Tale is set in a futuristic fascist America. It explores themes of women in subjugation to misogyny in a patriarchal society and the various means by which these women attempt to gain individualism and independence.


4. Broad City

Why will I love it? OK - so this show is so hilarious it makes us cry! And it is HELLA feminist! Broad City follows Ilana and Abbi, two Jewish American women in their twenties, who experience adventures of carelessness and frivolity in New York City. Ilana seeks to avoid working as much as possible while pursuing her shenanigans, and Abbi tries to make a career as an illustrator, often getting sidetracked.


5. Revenge

Why will I love it? Talk about a cast full of bad ass power women! A young woman named Emily Thorne (Emily VanCamp) comes to the Hamptons and rents a beach house (previously her childhood home) next door to the mansion of a wealthy family, the Graysons. The show focuses on Emily's plot to destroy every individual who played a role in her father's imprisonment. If you knock Emily down 9 times she will get up 10! This show is amazing!  


6. Hart of Dixie

Why will I love it? Well if you watched the OC way back when then you already love Rachel Bilson. This is a hilarious,slightly sappy romantic comedy show! Zoe Hart (Rachel) is a young, stylish, New York medical grad student! She struggles to find work as a doctor in the big apple and then suddenly inherits a practice from the father she never knew. She moves to Alabama and experiences a crazy culture shock but falls in love with small town life. She is a hard core feminist who is always getting in trouble but speaking her mind and wearing her "hart" on her sleeve! AND the fashion in this show is to DIE for!!! Check it out!
