These two poems are in reference to claiming and owning this winning season. It reminds me of the post that was shared on IG "what manifested good is headed your way?"

This time last year, I felt emotionally drained and heavy at the same time. I needed to do a lot of shadow work also known as self healing, where you learn to forgive yourself and others; using natural elements to heal.

Now that I'm in a better place, I can see and feel the transitional shift that has taken place in my life. I am learning so much from the process of self love, aligning myself spiritual with the person I'm meant be.

Spreading the message of healing, vibrating high on mother Earth's energy..

Raising my daughters with simplicity the best version of..

Deep breath in, plowing out air

Relax the mind

Allow the soul and the spirit to entwine

Stillness. Peace. Realness.

Calmness cure to illness

Emotional balance energies within

Drawn to the beach clear toxicity

Cleanse the body of anxiety

Grounding bare feet into the sand Connecting negative to positive

Grateful for Mother Earth's land

Release the stress as birds sing

Picture perfect greenery, tall coconut palm trees

Visualize imaginary conversations

Can you feel it, can you vibe with the energy?
