The vision that myself and my Nonprofit team wish to see in the world in short is, consciousness. With all I do, my intention is awakening the masses. I want to see, meet, work with, travel with and break bread with other women who are completely in love with themselves and the lives they lead. I would like women to know that they are limitless beings and that it is absolutely possible to make a living doing what you love with people you love.

I believe in the importance of community and paying it forward. I would like my STUK Designs Nonprofit community to expand to the point where we can lift girls out of undesirable situations in a matter of days and transform their lives. STUK Designs values are creativity, love, positivity, empowerment, and community.

Growing up immersed in the art world, I certainly struggled. Economically, I grew up middle class, and even I had trouble affording art courses and supplies. Art is a very expensive craft, but what I want girls and women in underserved communities to realize is that they ARE absolutely worthy of that expense. As black and brown women we are completely deserving of what it costs to build a creative career and the financial reward of career success.

I have been broke, depressed, so anxious I couldn't get out of bed. I have been so heartbroken that I thought I couldn’t survive. I have had no place to live and experienced the sting of parental disdain for my career of choice. Through art and Self Love, I transformed my life. I have been through literally all the waves of growth that young black girls go through in society, so I am more than equip to uplift, elevate and educate other girls from situations of toxicity, trauma, stagnation, or poverty.

I see prosperity. I see other women I teach taking the torch and educating the next generation. I envision STUK as a platform and organization of endlessly paying good forward. I envision girls supporting girls, women supporting women, girls supporting women, and women supporting girls. STUK Designs wants to create a safe physical and virtual space for girls and women to creatively thrive and love themselves, as well as programing to up-level their lives daily.
