Through STUK Designs, we are pioneering the study of Self Love Art Education. We want to make it clear to the world that when you begin learning Self Love young, your options and opportunities are limitless. Learning Self Love before external fears, doubts, pressures, and thoughts enter your existence is profound. How would your life be different if you had learned self love at the age of 5? Influencers like musician Jhene Aiko or poet Cleo Wade, who were taught Self Love at a young age are an example of how learning the intuitive behaviors and mindfulness at a young age elevates levels of success, and more quickly - with less pain. Evidence-based research correlates confidence with artistic expression, but has yet to explore the correlation between artistic expression and Self Love. Self-confidence is temporary when Self Love is not a priority. Self Love is the infinite journey of choosing yourself first and owning who you are completely and unconditionally. We believe Self Love Art Education is an area of study that is needed to prove that Self Love in childhood fosters positive outcomes in adulthood.
