Where are you from?
Born in Chicago, Illinois and raised in Jamaica during my younger years.
What’s your focus, purpose, passion, and contribution to the world?
I am passionate about many things, with life being one of them. My contribution and purpose in the world are raising self-awareness and spreading wisdom astrology and holistic wellness for the mind, body, and soul. I hope to expand the arena of self-care and empower other individuals to live a life aligned with happiness, joy, and peace.
How do you do it and who do you do it with?
I do it with the support of my family and loved ones. I am very lucky to have people in my life that not only see but believe and support in my vision as well. My mother, partner, sisters, and children are an amazing team, and I could not ask for better support. Whether it is help with long hours at school or at the office, or even writing astrological reports, I would not be able to maintain a level head without these amazing people in my life.
What are your special talents?
My intuition, loyalty, resourcefulness, and love for metaphysics and dynamic energy work.
What are you working on at the moment?
I am currently finishing my clinical massage therapist licensing course, while rebranding my business. At the same time, investing more into my studies and producing rich astrological and metaphysical content. I am also learning how to stay aloof with content creating on social media, while balancing regular demands of life.
What does your art mean to you?
Being able to aid others in their healing journey, through encouragement, empowerment, and support.
What does love mean to you?
Love is a reminder of our deep spiritual connection to great spirit, that helps us find meaning in life. Love is all around us, expressing itself in various forms of what we call human emotions. Love is healing, it is renewal, hope in the darkest hour, and a reminder that you are worthy.
How does your Scorpio zodiac sign impact the way you love?
Scorpios are known to be the magnetically passionate ones of the bunch often said to be slightly obsessive, yet loyal. All wonderful traits that add to my unique personality. I believe any trait rendered as negative or weak, is your greatest gift hiding in plain sight.
What does God mean to you?
One great spirit, that manifested itself in infinite variations to express the beauty of the universal and all its inhabitants.
When did you learn self-love?
I consider self-love to be a major part of my life since day one, although it took me into my mid-twenties after having my first child and a challenging break up to recognize its vital importance.
How has practicing self-love changed your life?
Self-love has put me on a path of inner healing and changed my life in many wonderful ways. Although it is an ongoing relationship with self-love, I am fully committed in manifesting the best relationship with me, myself, and I.
What is your philosophy of life?

What advice would you give someone who is attempting to make a dream into a career?
Believe in yourself and be your biggest supporter. Sometimes, in life people will not see your vision the same way you see it or believe it will manifest. That is why you have to believe even when all odds are stacked up against you. Also, take time out for rest and self-care. Your dream cannot thrive if you are exhausted, and your energy is depleted.
Nobody knows I… able to hear color. Which is actually a real thing called synaesthesia.
I wish I could stop... Overthinking and perfectionism.
Self love means… I am in a state of constant appreciation for my growth, healing, and happiness. Striving to take care of my needs and honor my wellbeing. It means I treat myself with kindness and respect, nurturing my growth.
I find true beauty in… everyday life. Whether in nature, or a mother giving birth, a flower blooming, or the leaves changing color in autumn, birds flying south for the winter, true beauty is found all around us. The beautiful Art of the Universe!
I tell my children to... follow their dreams, even if they change. Mistakes are teachers and golden opportunities for growth. Find bliss and do what makes you happy. I tell them it’s ok to explore their emotions, don’t bottle them up. Don’t let others change you and always be yourself. Value the right things in life and trust your gut instincts.
